Much has happened since our last blog. We have closed down the office of PCI-International and the writer, Gerry Galvin, is now operating from home in Playa de Las Américas, Tenerife, as a sole trader (Irish Estate Agent and Property Consultant) with new contact details including a new e-mail address:

Talks of economic crises have become somewhat depressing and, fortunately, there is already evidence that we have hit the floor and from that platform things can only move in one direction: upwards; albeit slowly. Tenerife particularly retains it's magic and with more adventurous investors, who drifted further afield, potentially if not actually in for a 'scalding' I believe that it will become even more popular as an investment destination as time goes by.
Life goes on. La vida sigue.
